School of Psychological SciencesSchool of Psychological SciencesThe British Feeding and Drinking Group Annual Meeting 2025DescriptionThe BFDG is an international and multi-disciplinary gathering of scientists interested in all aspects of appetite, eating and drinking (see ‘About the BFDG’ for further information and history). The annual conference welcomes a wide range of academic, clinical and industry-based scientists, including those working in psychology, physiology, medicine, nutrition, food science and related disciplines. The meeting provides an ideal platform for PhD students and early career researchers to showcase their work. BFDG 2025 will take place in person (with limited hybrid provision for those who are unable to attend) from 24 to 25 April in the Humanities Lecture Theatre (Lecture Theatre B.H05) at the University of Bristol, 7 Woodland Road, Bristol, BS8 1TB In person registration includes access to the keynote speakers, the oral presentation sessions, the poster presentation sessions, networking opportunities, catering throughout both days (including morning and afternoon breaks and lunch). The conference dinner will only be included for those who select the standard registration option. The conference dinner will be held in the evening of Thursday 24 April in the Aquam Bibe Suite of the Hotel du Vin Bristol Avon Gorge hotel and includes a three course meal (starter, main and dessert), together with either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks package. Online registration includes access to the keynote speakers and the oral presentation sessions. Please note that all talks and poster presentations are expected to take place in person.
