Current students registered on a taught postgraduate programme owned by the Faculty of Engineering may request copies of their interim transcript, which shows:

Information about the programme on which you are registered (programme name, length, faculty, mode of study, awarding institution and language of instruction & assessment)

Units on which you have been registered in previous and current years of your programme

Confirmed marks (once approved by Faculty Exam Board)

Credits awarded (once approved by Faculty Exam Board)

Expected programme end date

The transcript is an official University document (issued on behalf of the Academic Registrar) and cannot be amended.

The interim transcript does not show marks for the current academic year which have not yet been approved by the Faculty Exam Board.
