Refund Policy:

Any notice of cancellation must be made in writing to us and arrive prior to the date of the event.
Once a booking confirmation form has been issued by
us we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows where notice of cancellation is
received:
- 180 days or more prior to the date of event - 0%;
- Between 179 days and 90 days prior to date of event - 20% of estimated charges;
- Between 89 days and 30 days prior to date of event - 50% of estimated charges;
- Between 29 days and 14 days prior to date of event -80% of estimated charges; and
- 13 days or less prior to date of event - 100% of estimated charges.
For this purpose, the estimated charges are the charges we would expect to invoice for the
booking based on the facilities and services described in the
booking confirmation form and any subsequent amendment to this.
If we should receive another booking for the date(s) of cancellation, we reserve the right to
adjust the cancellation fee by such proportion as we think
fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
