12th Annual CCPBioSim Annual Conference: Frontiers in Biomolecular Simulations

This year’s CCPBioSim annual conference has the theme: Biomolecular simulation across scales, for understanding and design. We aim to explore the cutting edge of biomolecular simulations and associated methods, and their real-world impacts, including on engineering biology. Biomolecular modelling has an ever-increasing role in the detailed understanding of biological mechanisms, and the creation of new therapies, including small-molecule drugs, antibodies and peptides. Simulation is also widely used to help interpret experimental data. Machine learning and artificial intelligence are now frequently used in analysing simulation data, improving the accuracy and efficiency of potentials used in simulation, and designing novel biomolecules. This conference will showcase the latest advances in these broad areas, and how they are impacting research in academia and industry.
