Award Verification required for HEI or Government body

FREE OF CHARGE

Description

Award Verification required for HEI or Government body.

This option should only be used if you are Higher Education Institute (HEI)I or Government Body.

If you have any problems or questions, please contact:
Email: [email protected]

A consent form (link to the form at the bottom) signed by the former student must be provided and emailed to ‘[email protected],’ with the former student’s name in the subject box. The request cannot be processed until the consent form has been received.

We are only able to accept consent forms, which explicitly confirm authorisation for release of data to the third party enacting the request. If a requestor is acting as an agent, but is not mentioned on the consent form, this is not sufficient for us to accept the request.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Requests are usually completed within 4-6 working days, although during busy periods and university closure dates they may take longer. We will try to complete requests as soon as possible.

Download the ‘consent to disclose information to a third party form’ using the link below. You may use your own equivalent form if preferred.
