Detailed Description

In answering enquiries for clients, we offer 30 minutes of free search time unless it is a lengthy or complex search in which case, after that initial 30 minutes, we charge £12.50 per half hour for every additional half hour. Similarly, if scanned images (for personal research not commercial use) are required, we do not charge for the scans, but we do charge if the scanning process takes longer than 30 minutes - again, at £12.50 per half hour.
