Thursday Lunchtime Yoga Classes with Jess - 7 Session Block starting Thursday 7 September 2017

£38.50

Description

This option comprises seven sessions with Jess,Thursday 7 September to Thursday 19 October 2017 (7 weeks). Classes can only be bought as a block.

Weeks 1 and 2 will take place in Room L102, Lewis Wing, Wills Memorial Building (we will send you directions & entry code). Subsequent classes will take place either here or in Room 1.5, Wills Memorial Building (detail TBC).

Please be aware classes begin at 12:55pm not 1pm. Allow time to change and be seated on a mat by 12:55pm. Classes last 55 minutes. When the room is booked after our class we must finish at 1:50pm promptly.

Please note that fees are non-refundable unless we can re-allocate your place. The only exception to this is where a medical condition prevents you from continuing. If this is the case, you will need to speak to the tutor prior to cancelling.

Suitable for complete beginners.

Yoga mats, blocks, blankets provided.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

It is advised to avoid eating a heavy meal for two hours beforehand.

This option comprises seven sessions with Jess Wallwork on Wednesday 6 September to Wednesday 18 October 2017 (7 weeks). Classes can only be bought as a block.

Classes are 1 hour, 7:30am to 8:30am

Classes will be held in Room L102, Lewis Wing, Wills Memorial Building. We will contact you with directions and entry code.
