Classes are taught by qualified Pilates teacher Jo Batten and are designed to support people in the workplace that may spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or on their feet. Using slow, controlled movements these classes will help lengthen the spine, stretch the shoulders and hips and strengthen the deep (core) muscles that support the joints, overall improving posture, flexibility and creating more balance in the body.
This is a general level class and is suitable for beginners and those with Pilates experience, however if you have any questions about the suitability of the class for you please get in touch with Jo; firstname.lastname@example.org
